DAY 2 |
VILNIUS
Upon arrival, embark on a tour of the Old Town, designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1994 for its impressive complex of Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque and Classical buildings as well as its medieval layout and natural setting. Explore and view significant landmarks such as Vilnius University, Church of St Peter and St Paul, Gates of Dawn, Vilnius Cathedral and Church of St Anne, one of the most beautiful and famous buildings in Vilnius. Next, visit the Amber Museum-Gallery, that is rich in ancient amber artefacts and amber drops. Worthy of attention is the collection of the coloured ambers in blue, white, green and black in the museum.

DAY 3 |
VILNIUS – TRAKAI – VILNIUS
Begin your morning with a visit to Trakai, the former capital of Lithuania situated on an island in the middle of a lake. The 14th-century red-brick Trakai Island Castle now houses a museum showcasing works of defensive architecture in Lithuania. The castle today is the hub where plenty of concerts, events and festivals are held and regarded as one of the most picturesque locations in the country. Return to Vilnius in the afternoon and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

DAY 4 |
VILNIUS – SIAULIAI – RIGA
After breakfast, travel to Siauliai to visit the impressive Hill of Crosses. Located 12 kilometres north of the small industrial city of Siauliai is the legendary site of pilgrimage where thousands of crosses symbolising Christian devotion and Lithuanian fervour stands, surreally creating a unique dreamlike landscape like no other. Next, cross the border to Lavia and proceed to Riga, the capital and largest city of the country. Be intrigued by the narrow medieval streets, Gothic and Baroque Churches, 19th-century municipal buildings and Hanseatic warehouses. Visit the St Peter’s Church and marvel at the views of the city from its tower.

DAY 5 |
RIGA – SIGULDA – PARNU – TALLINN
Depart Riga and head towards Sigulda, situated on both banks of the ancient valley of Gauja and one of the most beautiful cities in Latvia. 3 medieval castles are situated in the distance of a cannon shot from one another. Visit the Turaida Castle, built in 1214, and proceed to the main tower of the castle, where a wonderful panorama of Latvia’s uniquely beautiful wilderness unfolds your eyes. Later, proceed to Parnu, a historical and well-loved summer retreat with a small harbour located in the southwestern part of Estonia, and enjoy a short sightseeing tour. Next, travel north to Tallinn, the capital of Estonia for your overnight stay.

DAY 6 |
TALLINN – NARVA – TALLINN
This morning, make your way to Narva, the 3rd largest city in Estonia located at the eastern extreme point of Estonia near the Russian border. Narva is the only location in Estonia that offers an unobstructed view of Russia and boasts fine examples of Soviet architecture. Visit the Narva Castle, one of the main attractions of the city. The castle grounds spans 3.2 hectares and its highest point reaches 51 metres into the sky. Visit the museum in the castle, where the displays will explain the history of Narva and the castle. There are handicraft workshops in the northern courtyard, where you can try your hand at various techniques and handicrafts.

TALLINN – HELSINKI
This morning, take a walking tour of the old city of Tallinn. With its romantic cobblestone streets, charming red roofs, medieval and Gothic houses, it is considered as one of the best-preserved old towns in northern Europe. Visit the 13th century Cathedral of St Mary the Virgin and the 19th century Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. Next, visit Estonian Open Air Museum, where traditional Estonian village life is recreated. Featuring a collection of Estonian buildings from 18th to 20th centuries, you will be able to see museum workers in period costome illustrating village life from a bygone past. Enjoy a scenic drive to the suburbs and visit Tallinn Song Festival Grounds, which was built in 1959 for the Estonian Song Festival. In the afternoon, get ready to board a ferry ride and cross the sea to Helsinki, the capital of Finland, also known as the Land of A Thousand Lakes.

HELSINKI
Embark on a city tour to view Senate Square, University of Helsinki and its library, the Helsinki Cathedral, Government Palace and Sederholm House, which is the city’s oldest stone building. Continue to the residential and diplomatic quarters of Kaivopuisto Park. View the outdoor sculpture, Sibelius Monument, created by Eila Hiltunen in honour of composer, Jean Sibelius and visit the extraordinary Temppeliaukio Church which is constructed out of solid rock. Then, admire the outstanding architectural design of Finlandia Hall, Helsinki Music Centre and Main Post Office.
