- Upon arrival in Incheon, proceed to the Independence Hall of Korea in Chungcheongnam. Prime yourself for an impromptu history lesson as you view important historical documents and relics relating to the various independence movements during the period of Japanese colonial period. You may also experience a 1-way tram ride here at your own expense. From politics and history, move on to delve into culture and customs at Jeonju Hanok Village. Featuring more than 800 traditional “hanok” houses with their distinctive, elegant curved roofs, this is an ideal spot to experience Korea’s traditional culture. Thereafter, continue on this theme of culture as you visit Jeonju Korean Traditional Wine Museum. Get back to basics with a visit to Taepyeong Salt Farm where you may try your hand at salt-harvesting. Next, experience the wonders of salt therapy at Salt Cave Healing Center. Thereafter, take a tour around Salt Museum to learn more about the manufacturing process of salt -arguably one of the most taken-for-granted ingredient in everyday life. Continue to visit Jjangttungeo Bridge, Korea’s very 1st sea bridge constructed with wood stretching over open waters covering a distance of 470 metres. Later, proceed to a bustling local fish market at the port town, Mokpo where you may savour fresh seafood at your own expense. |

Mokpo - Haenam - Hwasun

Seoul

- After breakfast, begin your day with a visit to majestic Gyeongbok Palace, the largest palace during the Joseon dynasty. Roam its stately grounds, delve into its storied past and imagine what it might have been like centuries past before continuing on to Ginseng Monopoly Showroom. Next, roll up your sleeves and get set to participate in the making of an iconic, pungent and spicy Korean dish during a DIY kimchi session. Then, re-stock on skin care essentials at TheFaceShop outlet. Thereafter, proceed to Ice Gallery, where a collection of huge, artfully-crafted ice sculptures are displayed. Enjoy a DIY ice carving session and a complimentary welcome drink. Next, continue to busy Myeongdong, one of the city’s main retail and commercial district, for a spot of shopping.
